Go Outside: Gardening and Nature is an innovative, intergenerational sustainability and wellness initiative that bridges the gap between elders and youth. Through a dynamic network of community gardens and neighborhood learning hubs, this program champions environmental education, urban agriculture, and grassroots community stewardship.
Grounded in ecological restoration and public health equity, Go Outside strengthens the vital connection between people, local food systems, and urban green spaces. We intentionally address nutrition, physical activity, and mental wellness in historically underserved communities, cultivating a lasting culture of care for both the land and its people.
